Hermès July 2026 Brief: Wishlist Conversations, FW26 New Bags and a Mid-Year Reset

July has brought a noticeable shift in the Hermès community conversation.

Three topics stand out this month: increased discussion around wishlists, continued speculation surrounding the Constance and growing interest in the bags introduced during the Fall-Winter 2026 Chapter Two presentation in Los Angeles.

None of these developments change the fundamentals of a Hermès journey. They do, however, shape many of the conversations clients are having this summer.

As always, our goal is simple: separate verified information from community discussion.

Wishlist conversations are becoming more visible

Wishlist discussions have become more active across public client communities over the past several weeks.

Some US clients report being asked to provide more structured wishlists. Others say their boutique experience remains unchanged and continues to depend on their relationship with their Sales Associate.

What we know

Formal wishlist systems have existed in several European markets for years and have been publicly documented.

Historically, North American boutiques have followed a more relationship-based approach, with practices varying between boutiques and individual Sales Associates.

What we don't know

At the time of writing, Hermès has not publicly announced a new US wishlist system.

Client reports differ from boutique to boutique, which makes it impossible to describe one universal process. Community experiences should therefore be viewed as individual observations rather than official policy.

One practical point remains true regardless of boutique procedures: maintaining your own clear record of your wishlist, boutique visits and personal notes is entirely within your control.

A private record makes it easier to review what you asked for, what changed over time and which preferences still feel right, independent of online speculation.

The Constance discussion remains an unconfirmed rumor

A recent PurseForum discussion references an Instagram claim suggesting that the Constance could eventually leave the collection, with 2028 mentioned as a possible timeline.

The community response has been appropriately cautious.

Longtime members point out that the Constance is a longstanding Hermès model and continues to be discussed as a quota bag in several markets. Members also note that similar discontinuation rumors have circulated in the past around other models and did not prove reliable.

Our position is straightforward.

At this time, this remains an unconfirmed rumor originating from a single social media source. Nothing in Hermès' public communication supports the claim.

Clients interested in the Constance have no factual reason to change their wishlist based on this discussion alone.

New names from Fall-Winter 2026 Chapter Two

On June 4, Hermès presented Silhouettes on the Horizon in Los Angeles, extending the Fall-Winter 2026 collection with a broader presentation of new and returning designs.

Among the names already appearing in client conversations are:

  • Clou de Forge
  • East-West Handheld
  • Médor Watch Clutch
  • Sac à Dépêches Shoulder

The presentation also highlighted several compact formats that continue to attract attention:

  • Micro Picotin
  • Sac Cliquetis
  • Faubourg Express
  • Sanglons Clutch Clouté
  • Mini Plume

If one of these designs catches your attention, record the exact model name, size, leather and hardware while it is still fresh. Precise notes are more useful than relying on memory several months later.

The Wishlist in MyQuotaBag is a simple place to keep these references, with a photo and personal notes attached to each target for future boutique visits.

A practical mid-year reset

July is also a natural checkpoint.

Instead of focusing only on community speculation, take a few minutes to review your own journey.

A simple mid-year review can include:

  • reviewing purchases from the first half of the year
  • separating home boutique purchases from travel and online purchases
  • recalculating your personal purchase ratio using current pricing
  • removing wishlist items that no longer reflect your preferences
  • adding new models that genuinely fit your collection goals
  • browsing your Vault to see how your collection has grown since January
  • reviewing boutique notes while conversations are still fresh

If you have accumulated receipts during the first half of the year, AI Scan can read a saved screenshot or image and AI Photo can capture a paper receipt. Every extracted detail is reviewed by you before it is saved to your purchase history.

If your summer includes travel purchases, the June brief covers practical ways to document purchases made outside your home boutique.
