MyQuotaRoom Privacy Policy

MyQuotaRoom is a separate app from MyQuotaBag. It helps users privately save personal items, photos, receipts, purchase details and notes. This policy explains what information MyQuotaRoom may handle and how it is used. MyQuotaRoom is private by design: you decide what you save, and you review your entries before saving them.

Depending on how you use the app, MyQuotaRoom may store information you choose to enter, including:

• Email or account identifier through Apple or Google sign-in
• Item names
• Item photos
• Receipt photos
• Purchase date
• Price

• Brand
• Store or location text entered by the user
• Notes

3. Item photos and receipt photos

• Item Photo means a visual image of the object you are saving.
• Receipt Photo means a proof or document you attach to an item.
• Photos may contain personal information if you choose to include it.
• You should review your photos before saving, and hide or crop anything you do not want to store.

4. AI features

MyQuotaRoom may offer AI features to make saving items faster:

• AI Scan and AI Photo may process a selected image to suggest item or receipt details.
• You review and edit the suggested results before saving.
• AI is used to assist you, not to make final decisions on your behalf.

These features are designed to help you enter information more easily. You remain in control of what is saved.

5. How data is used

Information handled by MyQuotaRoom is used to:

• Provide the app and its features
• Save and sync your items
• Display your private collection
• Help restore your data after sign-in
• Improve app reliability, if analytics are used

6. Data sharing

• We do not sell user data.
• We do not publish private collections.
• Service providers may process data needed to operate the app, such as hosting, authentication, storage, analytics or AI processing. These providers act on our behalf to run the service.
